Jack chased chiles through Mexico, learning where heat meets flavor. Traveling through the markets and family kitchens, we found tasty recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Jack draws inspiration from the extraordinary women of the Oaxaca region, who have owned and perfected their craft for generations and whose recipes still shape how chiles are used today.
Our logo is inspired from that same region, the Tehuantepec Jackrabbit that became the brand’s emblem and a nod to the kitchens behind every bottle.
Inspired by their craft, Jack brought those spicy flavors back into each small batch bottle of Jack Del Fuego. You can have a taste of those kitchens at your table and add that touch of heat that turns good meals into unforgettable ones.
